We aim to keep our Fire Risk Assessment process as simple and efficient as possible for you. Upon booking, we will try to gather as much information as possible before our site visit, such as premises type, business type, life risk, hazards etc.
We then carry out a site inspection at a time that works best for you and your business. We realise that normal working hours do not suit everyone, so can be flexible to accommodate your needs.
During the inspection we will identify risks, examine control measures already in place, and give advice where necessary. This gives you clear and detailed information on what you are doing right, what can be improved upon, and how that improvement can be achieved in real terms.
For the final step, we provide you with a highly detailed written Fire Risk Assessment detailing everything from our inspection and and recommendations we make, if any. This document serves a variety of purposes not only as a reference for you, but also as proof of compliance for insurance purposes, licensing requirements, health and safety requirements etc.
Our Fire Risk Assessments can be used for all premise types, including:
- Private domestic premises
- Short term lets/Airbnb
- HMOs
- Offices
- Retail premises
- Workshops/manufacturing
- Leisure facilities
- Restaurants/cafes
- Service sector premises
Even if it is not listed above, our risk assessment format can be adapted and tailored to your needs.
